Do you sit or even stand at a desk for work?
If so, chances are you could use some of these!
The only bad posture is the one we CAN’T GET OUT OF!

It’s okay to sit hunched over a phone with head down…for a little bit. But then you need to work equally as much in the opposite direction!
If you find yourself in that position far too often – give these a shot and see how you feel. Then do them every day. Twice. SWIPE RIGHT!
➡️Thoracic Extension over a roller / yoga mat / towel: Mobilizing the joints in the mid back is key to opening up the shoulders. If your spine is stuck, then your shoulders can’t move either.
➡️Thoracic Rotation: Same concept as above. They need to move well in all directions!
➡️Supine Angels: Open up the chest and shoulders!
➡️Pullaparts: Work the muscles that open up the chest and shoulders
➡️Passthroughs: More opening with some extra assistance
➡️Upper Trap Stretch: Open up into external rotation then turn and look at your toes. You should feel a good stretch down the neck into the top of the shoulder. Hold mild to moderate tension for 60 sec or so.
Feel better?
