YUP.✌🏼
I know it can be hard to “find motivation” when shits not going right, but for me working out IS my outlet.
When I don’t want to deal with the world – I go workout.
For those of you who are the opposite, try to remember that your workout can be your rock.
It’s one of the few variables we can control.
🌞It not only is a great physical release, but you actually release endorphins during workouts making you HAPPIER!
Despite crying through it some days, I ALWAYS feel better once it’s done.
✅If nothing else that’s the one thing I can check off my list some days.
You won’t always have motivation, so it’s the determination and the habits that keep you consistent.
👉🏼Never miss 2 workouts in a row.
👉🏼If you don’t workout keep your diet on point
👉🏼At the very least drink your water.
Some days we just need a rest, but learning to REST not QUIT is vital.

How do you get back on track? Do you have “rules” you follow?
