Thatâs because the glutes are one of the strongest muscles in your body and in order to BUILD IT, you have to ACTUALLY STRESS IT.

The burn doesnât really represent anything other than lack of oxygen and presence of hydrogen ions that create acidity in the muscle.
Essentially, your glutes can handle way more load than youâre giving them and frankly because most people arenât giving them adequate recovery between jump squats and extra kickbacks, even if they ARE losing them properly – theyâre not seeing what they want.
