I’m a wife, momma, functional nutritionist and fitness specialist. I’ve got two kids that keep us on our toes and our small organic vegetable farm keeps my husband busy while keeping us healthy! If I’m not working I’m adventuring via hiking, mountain biking and rafting or staying active with kickboxing, aerial silks and pole fitness.
